There are a couple of reasons as to why your withdrawal is still pending:
1) We process withdrawals during working days which is Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you requested a withdrawal on Friday, it will remain ‘pending’ during the weekend. You will be unable to reverse it during this time.
2) If you have outstanding documents – for example, if you are required to submit proof of identity to us – then this will delay your withdrawal request.
